PTO
PTO accrual rate increases with length of employment. This timeline is as follows:
- Hire date through completion of second year – 21 days annually
- Start of 3rd year through completion of 5th year- 24 days annually
- Start of 6th year and subsequent years- 27 days annually
Refresh Weeks
BrightSpark closes for a couple weeks every year with no need to use PTO. Refresh weeks will be paid days off. In 2025, our Refresh Days are every Friday in July and December 24, 2025 at 12pm through January 1, 2026.
