PTO
PTO accrual rate increases with length of employement (14 hours per month from hire date through 2nd year, up to 18 hours per month after 6 years of employment).
Refresh Weeks
BrightSpark closes for a couple weeks every year with no need to use PTO. Refresh weeks will be paid days off. In 2024, our Refresh Days are every Friday in July and December 24, 2024 at 12pm through January 1, 2025.
