This training is designed for child care directors and those supervising other staff. We will discuss the difference between a traditional leader and a resilient leader, what staff and leaders need to be resilient, and how leaders can promote resiliency.
We will begin by defining leadership and resilient leadership. Participants will then reflect on their own resiliency and how this directly affects the staff they work with. After a brief discussion on what we need to build resiliency, participants will reflect and discuss ways they can promote resilience in their own staff.
