Compassionate, Culturally-Relevant Coaching
Coaches are available for child care providers in King and Pierce counties who are enrolled in Washington’s Early Achievers quality recognition and improvement system. Providers have access to one-on-one coaching in 19 different languages. Coaches support providers with everything from technical assistance to curriculum development, and are available in-person, onsite, or virtually.
Infant-Toddler Coaching
Are you currently working at a licensed childcare site serving children from birth to age 3? If so, we can visit your site to offer specialized support tailored to the unique needs of your childcare program. Our services include FIND (Filming Interaction to Nurture Development), the New Infant Toddler Teacher Orientation, and Customized Training designed to meet the specific goals of your team.
