Description
Stress is how the body prepares for and responds to change. Sometimes a person’s response to stress is positive, sometimes it’s negative. Everyone responds differently to stressful events. Adults need to know how stress affects them and most children need help when feeling stress filled moments. In this training we’ll discuss strategies caregivers can lead with children to cope with stress.
